Our cancellation policy is as follows: If you need to cancel an appointment, we need to know 24 hours in advance. Cancellations after that will be charged the value of the service booked, unless we can fill the appointment from our cancellation list. This is also for Prom and Homecoming hair. Brides- this should be a 2 appointment booking. The first one is for a consultation and preview of your hair for your special day. Please bring your head piece. The second appointment is on the actual day of your special event. This assures that you will have a stress free hair day on your special day. We require a credit card to hold an appointment for all special occasion hair events. |
